Job Title: Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Record minutes at meetings, keep detailed project notes and records, as well as creating project schedules and task lists.
Communicate with team members to ensure optimal strategy, maximum efficiency, safe operations, and project completion according to company standards.
Provide customers with technical recommendations based on business requirements.
Must be able to create and/or update technical drawings and maintain SOP documentation.
Adheres to OSHA safety standards in the Industrial workplace.
Create, maintain, and ensure all safety documentation is approved by customers prior to project implementations (Work permits, Job Safety Analysis, etc.).
Adhere to project deadlines including defined SLAs.
Inspect field technicians’ physical installations and removal of structured cabling components, i.e., cabinets, pathway systems (cable tray), racks, and related communications infrastructure equipment, and provide guidance as needed.
Examine field technicians’ installation and service (including terminating, testing and repair) of low voltage category cabling, fiber optic cabling, communications cabling (coax, HDMI), RF cabling, communication equipment and other various low voltage related systems.
Evaluate field technicians’ installation and upgrade of additional equipment associated with Information and Communications technology systems.

Skills Required

Technical understanding of BICSI standards of various network cabling installations.
Administrative skills with mindfulness.
Basic understanding of networking concepts.
Skills at coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and AutoCAD.
Must be able to possess a TWIC.

Physical Activities

Ability to cover ground by walking and stand for most part of the working hours.
Must possess valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle.
Ability to work in areas that require PPE.
