NPosition Type ManagementJOB SUMMARYThe Infrastructure Delivery Scrum Master/Project Manager candidate functions as a servant leader for the Global Network Product team to ensure organization, execution and optimization across the team and to deliver value against a shared set of business objectives. Mentors, coaches and advises members of the scrum team that operate within the Global Networks product line. Effectively and efficiently manages sprints from planning to execution to review within the Agile team framework. Guides and facilitates teams through ceremonies, events, and meetings and supports Agile best practices including: daily stand ups, ensuring the team meets the definition of done, managing story points/burndown, and removing impediments/barriers. Helps drive developing prioritization processes and communication with leadership and stakeholders. The candidate must possess confidence in ability to resolve team level impediments, manage risks and issues, and drive continuous improvement throughout the delivery teams and lifecycle. The candidate should be able to identify milestones and drive the work to meet the commitments. The candidate will have an expert level understanding of PMI Project and Agile Scrum principles and practices and understands the unique opportunities and challenges associated with organizing, facilitating, and continuously aligning the Teams with the guiding business strategy.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and ExperienceRequired:

Undergraduate degree, equivalent experience, or certification.

5+ years’ experience managing enterprise level technology infrastructure projects for global company including:

4+ years of Agile Delivery experience using Scrum, Kanban and SAFe methodologies

4+ years planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams

4+ years creating and delivering presentations and project plans.

Experience in network/technical engineering

Experience with large user migrations to cloud services of 100K+ users

Experience with projects using cloud technologies and remote PC assistance technologies (e.g. (Beyond Trust, Webex, HDX)

Excellent oral and written communications skills to effectively share information with project team members, senior managers and leadership.

Be available to work outside of the traditional hours and days to facilitate project events when required.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, Teams)

Proficiency with tools Clarity, Jira, ServiceNow

Agile Certification

ITIL Certification

Preferred:

SAFe Certification

PMP Certification

Effectively works with diverse project team members with ability to instill a unified drive to achieve project objectives and milestones.

Ability to align change management strategies with product development/deployments

Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques

Skilled in conceptualizing creative solutions, documenting them, and presenting/selling them to senior management

Comfortable making presentations to executives

Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology

Thrives in a highly collaborative, matrixed, complex, fast paced environment

Directs the work of project team, including other external resources

Functions as escalation to project teams to resolve issues

Reports project status to Senior Leadership in weekly meetings

Managing Projects

Plans projects, including requirements, stories, schedule, and deliverables to meet business need.

Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective

Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines

Identifies initiative milestones and required tasks.

Manages initiative risk, issues and budget.

Tracks initiative performance.

Informs the appropriate stakeholders of project status and issues

Interfaces with vendor(s) for programs under direct control

IT Governance

Maintains a proper balance between business and operational risk

Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization

Guides and coaches the Scrum team on how to use Lean and Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers

Ensures team members follow the defined project management and Agile standards and processes

Facilitate teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification

Provides early warning to the business stakeholder executives regarding degraded or missed service levels

Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices.

Cultivate a High-Performing Team

Generates enthusiasm and understanding of the Agile processes and standards and how each role contributes to the achievement of that vision

Fosters a work environment that drives associate engagement and enables business success

Ensures appropriate processes are in place and executed to drive collaboration and alignment within the team and with the broader IT organization

California Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $83,550 to $178,603 annually.Colorado Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $83,550 to $162,366 annually.Hawaii Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $101,096 to $178,603 annually.New York Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $83,550 to $178,603 annually.Washington Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $83,550 to $178,603 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.
