Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to become a part of our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. In the capacity of an Accounts Payable Clerk, your duties will encompass customer application processing, customer record maintenance, handling customer inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts to ensure appropriate action is taken. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner Keep customer credit records updated and precise Proactively resolve customer inquiries Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary action Ensure accurate and efficient account reconciliation Handle accounts payable (AP) with diligence Conduct check runs effectively Code invoices accurately Carry out data entry tasks with precision Process invoices efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Excel to manage data Utilize Oracle for various financial operations Employ QuickBooks for accounting tasks Operate SAP for business operations.
