We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable and Payroll Specialist to manage and oversee our accounts receivable process and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees. The ideal candidate will have experience with invoicing, payment tracking, collections, and payroll duties, as well as a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable:
Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients.
Monitor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Reconcile accounts and follow up on overdue accounts.
Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues.
Payroll Processing:
Process employee payroll on a regular schedule, ensuring accuracy in deductions, benefits, and bonuses.
Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations.
Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system.
Generate and distribute payroll reports.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable and payroll processing.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, ADP, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
