Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Program Manager AI to lead and oversee the Firms AI Program and delivery of AI technologies. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing program governance, coordinating across workstreams in the evaluation, planning and delivery of large scale AI technologies while leading communications and change management with workstream leads, executive sponsors and legal practice leaders. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful program outcomes. Ensure AI projects are scoped, requirements documented, major milestones and timelines identified in a project plan and ultimately, the delivery of those projects with minimal disruption to the business and legal practices.Provide regular written and verbal updates, reports, and presentations to Program Executive Sponsors and Legal Practice Leadership on the status of AI projects including progress against plan, issues, risks/dependencies and decision points.Must have 5+ years of Business Analyst and/or Business Relationship Management experience.Must have 10+ years of Project and/or Program Management experience.Ideally will possess the one or more of the following certifications:BRMI: BRMP, CBRMPMI: PMP, PfMP, PgMP, PBAExperience working with directly with the executive team presenting complex concepts and designing/presenting/delivering effective strategies in highly technical environments.
