It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Senior Manager to join the Financial Crimes Analytics, Monitoring, and Surveillance (FCAMS) team. The Analytics Senior Manager will be responsible for delivering analysis, insights, and the decision strategies to maintain a comprehensive AML Transaction Monitoring program.In this role, you will:

Manage and develop teams of individual contributors and/or managers to enhance business management and execute on key initiatives and processes

Determine appropriate strategy to plan, coordinate, and execute data research projects or results oriented intelligence that support the business

Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers to provide strategic consultation

Ensure adherence to data management and data governance regulations, and policies and compliance requirements

Determine appropriate strategy and actions of team to develop policies, approval or denial strategies, business line assignment methods, collections, and recovery strategies

Interpret and develop compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives for external agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry forums

Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives

Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

3+ years of management experience

Desired Qualifications:

Virtual leadership experience with the ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback, and manage and build relationships with leaders and employees in a geographically dispersed team environment.

Demonstrated experience in participating in executive-level leadership meetings.

Ability to work across multiple lines of business leading large scale initiatives, while influencing senior management

Strong time management and project management skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience leading large scale analytical and/or reporting team.

Solid foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithm.

Prior experience enhancing AML/Compliance Monitoring programs.

Job Expectations:

Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule
