Collaboratively determines courses of action to realize mutual goals; facilitates agreement on each partner's responsibilitiesPosition Responsibilities:
Coordinate analysis efforts across diverse teams, which includes Customers, Suppliers, Lockheed Martin teammates, and other personnel.
Prepares and presents outcomes, assessments and improvement initiatives to Boeing management and senior customer leadership.
Work closely with the project managers and technical staff on the F-22 projects through proposals and execution.
Work with retrofit/redesigns, product investigations, system integration, and system troubleshooting schedules and budgets
Works with customers and management to obtain approval.
Identifies performance metrics. Plans, identifies, and coordinates resources required over the various phases of the project.
Defines plans for risk mitigation and opportunity.
Compares actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity and lessons learned.
Provides business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans. Works under minimal direction.
Communicates program information across multi-disciplined teams.
Demonstrates an interest in personal learning and development. Seeks feedback from multiple sources about how to improve and develop; modifies behavior based on feedback or self-analysis of past mistakes. Takes steps to develop and maintain the knowledge, skill, and ability to perform.
Provides products and services that meet the highest quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies and processes and embrace first-time quality.
This is a hybrid position that allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher from and accredited institution or equivalent work experience
2+ years' experience in a DoD aerospace project planning/integration capacity
2+ years of experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Active US Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
Exposure to Sustainment Programs (F-15, F-18, F-22, T-38, KC-767 or commercial aircraft)
Experience in program/project requirements writing/management, risk management
Experience with Enterprise (BGS) processes and automation tools
Experience in a role that required strong communication skills and working across teams to coordinate work scope

Typical Education/ Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
