In this role, you will be responsible for managing the discovery process for complex litigation cases, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines.Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, reviewing documents, and preparing for depositions and hearings.

Collaborate with litigation teams to develop and execute discovery strategies tailored to each case's needs.

Conduct legal research and analysis to support discovery efforts and case preparation.

Manage document review projects efficiently using available technology and resources.

Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders to provide updates on discovery progress.

Assist with other litigation-related tasks and projects as necessary.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Missouri State Bar (or eligibility for admission).

Prior experience in litigation, with a focus on discovery preferred.

Strong understanding of federal and state civil procedure rules and discovery practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
