Job Title: Backend Java Developer Duration: 6+ months Location: Kansas City, MO Process 1.5-hour interview with a live coding exercise -These roles are backend focused, API services, large systems MUST-HAVES:

• Java
• AWS/cloud
• Communication skills
• Eager to learn
• Spring Boot, Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, Code Deploy, Code Pipeline, CI/CD, Agile
• website side of the business
• "Leads" - auto dealers have websites/CRM apps - lifeblood of that system - long-term plans to modernize
• On prem and cloud (migrating more to the cloud)
• OEM Platform - a platform for Ford, Audi, BMW - establish contracts to support data services
• Platforms handle the intake of leads
• Reason for needs: maintain, support, evolve. The mix of new dev and feature development. Also some KTLO maintenance.
• Large company experience nice to have
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with at least 3 years of related work experience
