Requirements:

Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop

Experience in:

Payroll processing (timecards, overtime, travel pay)

Accounts Receivable & Payable

ACH & Bill Pay

Vendor Management

Credit Card Reconciliation

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
