Location: Jefferson City, MO (ONSITE)First day instructions report to 205 Jefferson St. Jefferson City, MO, 65101 at 8:00 a.m. to meet with project manager/DESE project team to define project parameters and deliverables. Timeline – successful applicant must be able to start on or before January 3, 2022. Length of anticipated project is 2 years.

Job Description:
  • Research, analyze and document data systems used in other states’ early childhood systems, including but not limited to child care
  • Research, analyze and document data fields used by Missouri state agencies of Department of Social Services, Health and Senior Services, and Elementary/Secondary Education, including but not limited to child care
  • Track completion of tasks
  • Participate in weekly check-in meeting(s)
  • Communicate with various contractors and DESE project teams

Prerequisites:
  • Experience developing documents for

    Request for Proposals

  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Minimum of 2 years experience

    analyzing data systemsin a fast paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Intermediate knowledge using:

    Visio, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Projects
