• This Business Analyst position will work with our newly formed Consumer Activation Swarm to deliver a transformational new data product to support our direct-to-consumer and new business model strategies.
• In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner & Scrum Master for the Consumer Activation Swarm along with the development team and key stakeholders within marketing and sales.

• Collect, examine and shape requirements definition across a broad base of stakeholders to ensure all needs are identified, conceptualized and documented.
• Responsible for facilitation and harvesting of core business needs, enabling translation, visualization and development of high-quality solutions for a transformational Data and Analytics organization.
• Assist with refinement of a robust backlog of user stories through collaboration with Product Owner, Architects, Engineers, Developers and Business Partners.
• Enhance end user satisfaction through continuous improvement of usability, ensuring delivery to the end user's highest needs.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies for the Consumer Activation Swarm.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Working experience with business analysis techniques such as business process modeling, data modeling and process flows.
• Must have 8+ years of related experience in business analysis or project management. Prior experience with data analysis and data mapping strongly preferred.

• Strong technical, analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written communication).
• Proven skill at balancing technical knowledge with business possibility and acumen.
• Ability to deliver high-quality reports and documentation.
• High degree of comfort in fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices; preferred familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Foundational knowledge of how data is used within business processes and its impact on desired business process outcomes.
• Foundational knowledge of data management and advanced analytics requests.
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft DevOps.
