Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators and identifying potential areas for improvement across Ambulatory ASP client base. Associate should be familiar with Excel, PowerBi, SQL and other data analysis tools. Associate is responsible for tracking various organizational based key performance indicators, creating data visualizations & dashboards for leadership to drive internal decision making. Associate will be the key point of contact for EMR reporting across the client base. This will require the associate to be familiar with Cerner Advance and LightsOn, Cerner's primary data analysis tools. Associate will perform client demonstrations of both analytics tools. Associate should be comfortable troubleshooting any data inconsistencies or questions from the client regarding their data and/or the reporting tools. Cross client reporting will also be leveraged by the associate for internal decision making. Analyzing, cleaning & interpreting data will be important skills to possess. Daily tasks will include writing reports, creating visualizations from data and working with other associates to troubleshoot ongoing client issues.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 5 years total combines related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • At least 1 year business analytics work experience
    • At least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
      • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Analytics or relevant degree or equivalent work experience

Expectations
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
