Job Description

As a business intelligence developer you will help end users navigate the data and reporting to solve business problems' complete report writing, MS SQL database querying, and data analysis. You will also develop SQL scripts to load data from multiple sources into a data mart and develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using SQL Server, SSRS, or Tableau. Furthermore, you will manage data loads, security, and integrity of a data mart and gather business requirements from end-users and translate them into a meaningful product. Lastly, you will troubleshoot and fix of data loads and other issues within a data mart

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Total combined related work experience and completed higher education or at least 6 years
    • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or 4 years relevant work experience
    • Plus 2 years' higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job, including:
      • 1 year experience in SQL and report building, programming or data visualisation development

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 1 years experience of working with health and care data including activity, clinical, social care data and other datasets such as financial data sets
  • Familiar with Tableau and other data visualisation applications
  • Familiar with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of information Governance legislation and requirements
  • Experience in leading, planning and consulting on strategic projects
  • Experience in synthesizing information from a range of sources
  • Experience in communicating and consulting on complex information to a lay audience
  • Experience in data and data model management
  • Familiar with Sweden healthcare system structure
