Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Business Support Consultant for an opportunity with a client located in Clayton, MO.

Responsibilities:

  • Exporting data using the firm's Extract tool
  • Ensure all data is accurate and complete
  • Performing cleansing procedures to prepare for smooth import
  • Documenting steps in Salesforce

Required skills:

  • Ability to confidently navigate a large organization and work effectively in a team environment where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills; works well under the direction of others and with individuals who have strong personalities and high expectations
  • Proficient in Excel and tracking, sharing and using information in spreadsheets
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of and experience with technology platforms and applications such as SmartStation framework and Refinitiv products
  • Brokerage or financial services industry experience
  • SQL experience
  • 1-3 years of data migration experience
  • Prior experience with CRM software
