Carpenter/ crew lead needed

We are looking for a skilled carpenter/ crew leader. Requirements for this job are:

1). Show up on time everyday

2). Have a truck or van

3). Have standard carpentry tools and bags

4). Be able to read simple drawings and plans

5). Must have extensive framing knowledge, be able to cut in a roof and successfully attach an addition to an existing home.

6). Must be able to install doors, windows and cabinets and all types of trim.

7). Should be comfortable enough with other trade skills, such as plumbing and electrical, to perform basic tasks in those trades i.e. installing a toilet, tub/shower combo, can lights, hang drywall etc.

8). Be able to comfortably work around other tradesmen on some jobs.

9). Be able to keep at least one to two other people busy.

10). Have a neat appearance

11). Be willing to work within 30 miles of the Springfield area

12). Be able to pass a simple background check

14). No drugs or alcohol on the job
