About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Coordinator to join our Transfer Services team as part of Wealth & Investment Management. Transfer Services is a team that centrally manages direct support for account opening and asset transfer activities as well as providing training and guidance to all levels of brokerage industry associates. The Transfer Services team provides direct support to Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA) business channels: Private Client Group [PCG], Wealth Brokerage Services [WBS], Wells Fargo Financial Network (FiNet) and First Clearing (FC). The Change Implementation Coordinator will provide support in transitioning experienced advisors into our various business channels. The coordinator will lead calls with advisors to review the process and procedures, as well as generating and distributing transition metrics for the supported advisors. This support may be provided onsite or remotely. These duties are not all inclusive, as other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.In this role, you will:

Support newly hired experienced advisors and their teams by transitioning their book of business and providing support and training during the transition period

Generate and distribute transition metrics for supported advisors

Support the efforts of the team by leading calls with advisors to review the process and procedures - ability to lead meetings, present material

Support change implementation by identifying ways to improve workflow and offer recommendations and support for the team

Serve as a point of coordination for clients throughout the customer life cycle, providing installation, and training expertise as needed

Ensure customer implementation data is accurately captured and recorded, and systems are correctly installed

Communicate product dependencies and establish timeline for implementation

Perform complex administrative, and operational support tasks

Provide maintenance support for project teams and assist in determining implementation strategy

Receive direction from manager and escalate non-routine questions

Interact with peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy, methods, and plans for initiatives that impact workflow

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CRF 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend best practices

Knowledge and understanding of brokerage industry: products, services, operational policies, systems and procedures

Knowledge and understanding of Private Client Group, Wealth Brokerage Services , FiNet, and First Clearing business channels

Experience with training delivery and facilitation

Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience

Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled

Pay Range:

$18.27-$36.59 Hourly
