The Chiplet Solution Architect will be responsible for addressing FPGA- field-programmable gate array (FPGA) in package chiplet integration by architecting best-in-class interoperable die-to-die interconnect and protocol connections. The role covers specification generation, definition of the die-to-die interconnect and protocol. The Chiplet Solution Architect will also provide technical leadership to the cross-functional development teams in these domains. The architect will be working with SOC Architect to define next generation FPGA device plan. Protocol IP design knowledge as well as system data movement in the context of FPGA is a plus.Responsibilities:

Define scalable package level integration Silicon architecture understand the complex global nature of the problem.

Work cross functionally with other architects- software, product planning, and hardware development teams to define the specifications.

Experience in FPGA and Deep knowledge of any specific industry or application.

QualificationsMinimum Education:

BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in hardware design and architecture.

7+ years of experience with interface protocol stacks. e.g. AXI, PCIE and CXL, with a minimum of in design and architecture of such sub systems.

Experience in architecting complex die-to-die interface subsystem with protocol stacks systems and demonstrating success in deploying those systems.
