Service Technician/Skilled Laborer/HandymanPay - $22-25/hourHours - Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PMJob DescriptionAs a Service Technician, your role will be multifaceted, encompassing the inspection of buildings, performing repairs, and undertaking new builds/installations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including carpentry, electrical work, flooring, painting, and plumbing. The successful candidate will also be adept at using both hand and power tools throughout the entire shift and have the capability to follow specific floor plans and directions tailored for each customer. This position will be working on Construction Trailer Homes to be placed at job sites.Hard Skills

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Kansas City, Missouri.Work EnvironmentThe position involves working with a team of 10–15 other service technicians in an indoor/outdoor environment that is not climate controlled.
