• Leading all aspects of multi-entity, multi-site corporate accounting, including managing business unit accounting managers, asset tracking, inventory, and shared service
• Coordinating and consolidating financial activity for all business units and cost centers
• Evaluating, improving, and maintaining sound financial controls, policies, and procedures for scalable growth
• Analyzing financial information and compiling reports that support business operations - financial statements, budgets, cash flow analysis, and capital investment analysis
• Leading a team of dedicated accounting managers – hiring, training, and retaining
• Continuously looking for improvements to processes and internal controls through data automation

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting and CPA or CMA designation
• 10+ years of professional experience managing multi-site, multistate, and multi-entity financial operations
• Experience leading a team with responsibility for all accounting functions
• Hands-on experience with mainstream accounting systems and ERP - we use Sage Intacct
• Technically savvy with strong Office365 and advanced Excel skills
• Strong situational leadership skills – you know when to coach, direct, delegate, and support
• Uncommonly organized with a mind that thinks in terms of process efficiency and business impact
• Strategic thinker – you can see the big picture while focusing teams on execution and delivery

Additional Information

• Salary $120,000 - $160,000
