Our work depends on a TS/SCI cleared Customer Engagement Specialist joining our team to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA or St. Louis, MO.This position supports the Geospatial Services & Solutions business area to provide high-quality, cost-effective solutions to the customer. As part of the GSS Team the Customer Engagement Specialist's expertise is needed to support a sophisticated enterprise environment. The Specialist is an active participant in SAFe and Scrum development teams and meetings.HOW A CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACTSPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with others across our team supporting HPC and clustered computing services to analysts and stakeholders who process large data sets and / or develop code as part of their projects.

Gather and refine requirements from external stakeholders and articulate those requirements to the development team and government stakeholders.

Produce documents that capture requirement details and solution specifics.

Perform outreach and marketing on HPC and other cloud capabilities being developed.

Collaborate with engineering and product development teams.

Write and edit technical documentation

Conduct research and develop solution space for stakeholder requirements

Collect feedback from users


5+ years of relevant work experience and Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience

3+ years of experience in managing complex customer relationships and engagement strategies

5+ years working within the Intelligence Community or the Department of Defense

Detailed understanding of IC analytic mission cycles (e.g. TCPED, F3EAD)

Experience with IC imagery and geospatial applications

Must be able to gather and distill requirements and incorporate feedback from customers

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must possess excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.

Ability to facilitate technical discussions

Active TS/SCI clearance required and eligibility to obtain a CI poly

Desired Skills:

Prior experience working within the NGA or with NSG members

Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence

Experience in producing multi-media content (videos, illustrations and other visual communication)

Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices; notably SAFe
