Customer Service / Front Counter Help

We’re looking for friendly, dependable people to join our team at LaMar’s Donuts in both our Lee’s Summit and Midtown locations. If you enjoy working with people, providing great customer service, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.

We are hiring immediately – we need extra hands right now, so this is your chance to start quickly!

Position Details:

Full-time & part-time positions available

Shift hours: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Weekends are required

Reliable transportation and a working phone required

Must have or be able to obtain a Food Handler Permit (we’ll guide you if you don’t have one yet)

Experience preferred but not required – we provide training!

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service

Handle cash register transactions accurately on our Square POS System

Keep the front counter and dining area clean and welcoming

Stock drink coolers

Assist with restocking and packaging donuts

Clean and wash empty donut trays

Clean and close the store at the end of the day

Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
