This program is crafted to help you build a successful career path within Innomotics.The CSLDP Internship is a 12-week program and is the pathway to entering the full-time CSLDP rotational program. This summer you will be challenged and grow a wider knowledge about the business, processes, people, and products of Innomotics . You will also gain exposure and be able to network across all areas of the customer service business segment. Upon completion of the internship, you will also have a key role in developing and crafting the future of the program.What role you will play:In Innomotics CSLDP Internship , you will have the opportunity to apply your skills to improve business strategies across one or more of the many areas of the customer service organization for Innomotics such as:
Sales & Marketing: Portfolio Management, Business Development, Digitalization, and Sales Support
Service Delivery: Project Management, Field Service, and Repair Operations for Motors & Drives
Quotation & Technical Support: Quotation, Booking, Order Management, and Engineering Support
This position is located in one of the following locations: Atlanta, GA, Norwood, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, or Kansas City, MO. Housing allowance will be considered based on geographical distance from school/home residence to work location.Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:
BA/BS Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Software Engineering, Business (with strong technical capability)
Graduation Date: Rising Juniors/Seniors with a graduation date by June 2024
Ability to work 40 hours per week from May to August of 2023
Minimum Cumulative GPA: 3.0
Must be willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA, Cincinnati, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, or Kansas City, MO for duration of the internship
Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
