ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Build sustainable Customer relationships through open, honest, and interactive communication.
2. Customer Account Setup & Maintenance
Account setup in PF systems
Order Entry
Customer Change Request Facilitation
Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Data Collection
3. Internal project expediting & reporting.
4. Customer Issue Resolution
Ensure customer issues are fully understood.
Work with internal PF team to determine the root cause.
Develop and Communicate potential solutions with the customer.
Expedite the selected solution.
Follow up with the customer to ensure resolution.
5. Key Customer performance reporting with PF Team.
6. E-Commerce Sales.
7. Maintain online Polyfab accounts for direct sales to consumers.
8. Maintain inventory levels for online sales.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems and practices
High school diploma or equivalent
Associates Degree, in related discipling

o Marketing
PREFERRED SKILLS
Bachelors Degree

3+ Years Industry Experience
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality systems
