Position Title: Customer Service/Answering Service

Wage: $16/hour

Shift: 1st/2nd shift hours

Hours: 8-hour shifts between 7am-10pm

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Customer Service/Answering Service role in Springfield, MO. This is an associate to hire role.

Customer Service/Answering Service Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Answer calls as an extension to offices such as lawyers, plumbers, hospitals, etc.

- Take detailed messages

- Cover a provided list of questions with each client to ensure the message is as detailed as possible

Customer Service/Answering Service Requirements:

- Able to type accurately and efficiently

- Able to sit in a chair for long periods of time

- Able to multitask

- Able to take directions

- Must be a team player

- Able to work 1st/2nd shift and weekend hours
