Looking for a Bilingual Professional team member (2-person counter) to:

Answer 2 Multi lined phone systems

Answer any questions the customer may have either over the phone or in person

Give pricing for rental and delivery rates

Help make sure all contracts are done correctly as well as check out sheets are filled out correctly for every contract

Set up reservations and deliveries

Help get the drivers all set in the morning to head out for their deliveries and pick ups

Pull contracts that are ready for pick up

Full time work hours are 7:15am – 4:30pm Monday –Thursday( Friday till 5:00) and Saturdays 8am-12:00pm

We are closed on Saturdays from about November until about march

Must be able to work 40 hours a week

Saturdays are a must (you will not work every Sat, we try and switch off)

5 days of vacation after 6 months of full-time employment

3 days of sick pay after 6 months for full-time employment

30 min lunch break

Benefits at start of Full-Time employment

Rental experience preferred but will train the right person

Will report to the operations manager daily

Must be dependable
