Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking a part-time Demand Analyst to join our client's team on a temporary basis until the position is permanently filled.Summary of Position:The Demand Analyst will be responsible for high-accuracy data entry and analysis, compiling and accessing sales forecasts, and assisting in profit-making decisions. This role requires strong communication and collaboration with various departments and proficiency in Oracle.Key Responsibilities:Data Entry & analysis: Perform data entry and analysis with a high level of accuracy.Sales Forecasting: Compile and access sales forecasts to support business decisions.Department Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information and insights.Decision Support: Assist in profit-making decisions by providing accurate and timely data analysis.Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience in data analysis and working with Oracle.Industry Knowledge: Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.Skills:High accuracy in data entry and analysis.Proficiency in Oracle.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Position Logistics:Work Hours: Part-time, 3-4 days per week (MWF, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM). Familiarity with Erwin Data is necessary. Proven ability to perform AB Testing. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making. Proficiency in AWS Technologies. Understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) concepts and tools. Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents. Knowledge of Oracle databases and related technologies. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry. Strong communication skills for conveying complex data insights to non-technical team members. Demonstrable problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
