Seeking a Manufactured Home Set & Finish Laborer to join our team!

Cedar Creek Homes is a locally owned business in Columbia, MO, specializing in selling, installing, and servicing modular and manufactured homes. We take pride in our professionalism, customer focus, and rewarding work environment.

Experience in manufactured home setup and finishing is a plus, but we offer on-the-job training for motivated individuals.

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-Time

Starting Pay: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Overtime available)

Responsibilities:

Assist with setting up and finishing manufactured and modular homes. Install trim, flooring, skirting, and other finishing touches

Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently

Work as part of a team to ensure quality craftsmanship

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site.

Qualifications:

Experience in carpentry, construction, or home finishing is helpful but not required. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Reliable transportation to job sites.
