System One is looking for Desktop Support Analyst. This position responds to, resolves and tracks daily technical problems. These problems may involve PCs, mobile handhelds, printers, e-mail, voicemail, desktop applications, and web applications. The candidate provides technical skills and customer service particularly with remote users via phone and email. You will also coordinate with other Information Technology personnel to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Typically this position requires bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and 2 years IT experience. One-year helpdesk experience is preferred. Experience with mobile OS platforms and mobile applications is also preferred as well. Responsibilities: Provides Level II support for Microsoft operations systems, Windows and web based applications, Internal Phone System, Cell Phones, and Driver Handheld devices.

Excellent customer service skills.

Responsible for working problem tickets using helpdesk software and maintaining resolution knowledge base.

Provides technical skill and customer service particularly with remote users via phone and emails.

Supports end users via hardware and software troubleshooting.

Communicates with IT staff to resolve issues.

Documents processes and knowledge base.

Available for scheduled rotation of Level II support calls after hours and on weekends.

Qualifications:

2-3 years’ experience in IT.

2 years of experience in a technical support role preferred.

One-year helpdesk experience preferred.

Experience with Windows OS platforms.

Experience with mobile OS platforms and mobile applications preferred.

Strong written and oral communication.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Ability to build relationships and troubleshoot problems with variety of remote end users.
