- Install, configure, maintain, and optimize all desktop images, software, and hardware for all end users including migrating to new or updated software.
- 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support (primarily deskside).
- Experience with Windows 10 and MS Office Suite (including Office 365).
- Experience with VPN configuration, anti-virus protection, hard drive encryption, and wireless networking.
- Experience with hardware, software, and peripheral technical support.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
