Desktop Support Technician

Responsibilities
  • Provide desk-side hardware and software technical support to internal employees.
  • Conduct research for a solution to resolve complex issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and optimize all desktop images, software, and hardware for all end users including migrating to new or updated software.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support (primarily deskside).
  • Experience with Windows 10 and MS Office Suite (including Office 365).
  • Experience with VPN configuration, anti-virus protection, hard drive encryption, and wireless networking.
  • Experience with hardware, software, and peripheral technical support.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
