Desktop Support Technician

Responsibilities
  • Refresh PCs, laptops, and thin terminals.
  • Perform general trouble-ticket support work.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of Desktop Support experience.
  • Experience with the Windows 10 operating system.
  • Ability to provide desktop support including operating system upgrades.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair desktop/laptop computers.
  • Experience building and deploying desktop/laptop images.
  • Ability to configure hardware/software for new users and work with the supplier when servicing is required.
  • Ability to identify, research, and resolve a wide variety of technical issues logged by users.

Preferred
  • A+ or MCSE Certification.
