- Assist with the installation, repair, and replacement of computer and computer-related hardware.
- Assist with troubleshooting and installing Windows, Microsoft Office, and other standard software packages.
- Ensure the inventory of devices and their assignment to users is accurate through detailed documentation in the ticketing system.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving Audio/Visual (A/V) related issues including coordinating with A/V integration partners on hardware warranty, control system programming, and cabling issues.
- Assist with A/V support during presentations and company-sponsored events.
- Assist with client staff and management business relations activities including user integration and feedback.
- Assist with daily IT processes, as well as project-based activities.
- Help support customers in all client locations via phone, video, e-mail, or in-person to resolve issues.
- Assist with incidents assigned from other IT groups or non IT sources.
- Help accurately identify and document resolution steps in the knowledgebase for any reoccurring issues.
- Assist with training and educating client employees on the use of IT systems.
- Participate in problem and change management processes, as necessary.
- This position requires a self-starter with initiative and excellent-follow through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate clearly with all levels of employees, management, and clients.
- Technical expertise in desktops, workstations, laptops, and other IT peripheral devices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
- A+ certification.
