• Coordinates and oversees the management of system and resource requirements necessary to build the architecture standards for the enterprise

• U.S. Citizen in order to obtain and maintain US Dept. of Energy “Q” level security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or Physical Science
• 10 or more years of relevant experience while demonstrating an increasing progression of responsibilities including demonstrated work in data engineering, systems design, technology selection, and team leadership
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in developing a vision and executing on supporting road-maps for business data strategy, analytics, AI & ML

• Evaluates the impact of relevant emerging technology and business trends
• Uses business knowledge and drives innovation by empowering SMEs and relevant stakeholders to perceive, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities based on significant business impact
• Interprets and delivers impactful plans/roadmaps that specify strategy and improve data integration, data quality and data delivery in support of business initiatives to achieve results
• Develops, maintains and communicates technology roadmaps
• May lead and/or support integration efforts for highly complex or enterprise critical innovation projects that require extensive knowledge of advanced techniques in multiple technical disciplines
• Creates and maintains high complexity logical and physical data and/or system models
• Transforms business requirements into technical architecture requirements, and designs application architectures which are scalable, robust, and manageable, while balancing the price/performance
• Provides technical guidance or business process expertise, technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members
• Resolves complex computer security issues by designing, developing, and implementing innovative technical solutions
• Evaluates and makes recommendations to management regarding technological advances that improve computing system security, reduce flow time, and enhance operational surety
• Builds business councils, develops governance agreements between customers and developers, develops reports and presentations for senior management, and facilitates planning processes
• May participate as a technical architect or member of Technical Review Board and develops standards, sets information technology innovation vision, and develops and executes criteria for investment vs. divestment decisions on technology
• Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established HS&E requirements
