Summary of Duties:
  • Coordinates and oversees the management of system and resource requirements necessary to build the architecture standards for the enterprise
  • Identifies and drives integration of high-return and secure technology solutions that result in significant business results
  • Guides leadership to define the business strategy and the supporting technology architecture standards
  • Increases speed of technology insertion and optimizes technology lifecycles

You Must Have:
  • U.S. Citizen in order to obtain and maintain US Dept. of Energy “Q” level security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or Physical Science
  • 10 or more years of relevant experience while demonstrating an increasing progression of responsibilities including demonstrated work in data engineering, systems design, technology selection, and team leadership
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in developing a vision and executing on supporting road-maps for business data strategy, analytics, AI & ML

  • Evaluates and makes recommendations to management regarding technological advances that improve computing system security, reduce flow time, and enhance operational surety
  • Builds business councils, develops governance agreements between customers and developers, develops reports and presentations for senior management, and facilitates planning processes
  • May participate as a technical architect or member of Technical Review Board and develops standards, sets information technology innovation vision, and develops and executes criteria for investment vs. divestment decisions on technology
  • Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established HS&E requirements
