Maintains these areas in a sanitary, orderly and attractive manner in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures. Their foremost function is to provide and environment conducive to patient care and recovery. Performs these tasks with the highest degree of accuracy and attention to detail due to the critical nature of some areas of the hospital.The Senior Environmental Services Technician performs specifically Discharge Cleaning duties In-Patient Rooms to maintain a clean and aseptic environment in the Inpatient Tower. Previous healthcare experience, particularly in a service department.
Experience with, or training in, customer service.
Senior Environmental Services TechnicianRequired Qualifications:
Must be willing to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continual basis, accept supervision from a number of persons and perform tasks despite frequent interruptions.
The ability to perform tasks with due consideration for patients, staff, visitors in the vicinity.
