A Robert Half client is looking for a UKG/ Dimension Domain Owner who is responsible for defining product vision, road-map, growth opportunities and priorities aligned to business needs within the domains in scope. The Domain Owner should understand the functional domain, the market, the industry, the customer and the business in order to make sound decisions. The Domain Owner should also have a strong technical background to and prioritize technical features as well to achieve the highest performing product.Responsibilities:• Defines product vision, roadmap, growth and product conversion opportunities and priorities according to business value or ROI, within the context of the domain requirements.• Understands business unit's desired end state business model including business strategy, offerings, operations and structure.• Identifies core business capabilities and processes, the entities that interact with those capabilities, and the interactions between these core business capabilities.• Understands and can articulate the interdependencies/orchestration and related workflows of products within given domain(s).• Provides the vision and direction to the solution architect team and stakeholders throughout the project. • Develops Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), assesses value, develops use cases, and ensures work aligns with product and domain strategy.• Leads product release planning and sets expectations for delivery of new functionalities.• Actively mitigates impediments impacting successful team completion of release goals.• Researches and analyzes the industry, the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.• Brokers effective communication between service providers, vendors, architects, and other stakeholders as necessary to ensure efficient and effective alignment to product lifecycle activities.• Understands operational use of the product within the domain(s) and makes recommendations for improving performance metrics.• Participates in cross-functional discussions for developing and implementing new processes, standards and high-level requirements for products within the domain(s). • Communicates and interacts effectively at various levels of the organization including senior leadership, business stakeholders and technical subject matter experts. • Facilitates resolution of issues through creative solutioning, open exchange of information and viewpoints and influence; uses negotiation skills when appropriate. • Instills a sense of urgency in driving assignments to completion; escalates issues as needed with MSPs, vendors, internal IT teams and senior leadership Critical thinking, analytical, problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills.Qualifications:• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in combination of UKG Workforce Central or UKG Workforce Dimensions required.o Minimum of 1 year of Timekeeper Configuration Experience Requiredo Minimum of 1 year of Accruals Configuration Experience Requiredo Minimum of 1 year of Advanced Scheduler and Extensions for Healthcare Experience Requiredo Integration Experience (WIM, Boomi, HL7) Preferredo Device Manager Experience Preferredo Attestation Toolkit Experience Preferred• Preferred experience with UKG Workforce Analytics.• Preferred experience with experience in Oracle PeopleSoft or Cloud Desired.• Preferred knowledge in Functions of Payroll and Benefits Desired. Requirements - We want someone with strong understanding of ERP modules and related business process framework, EPR Security, and inbound and outbound integrations with ERP- 5+ years of ERP implementation experience- Versatile project planning abilities that include project costing techniques - This position leads configuration testing efforts and helps the team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions - The ideal candidate for this position is able to serve as key ERP configuration resource and ensure successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelines - It is preferred for applicants to have a minimum of 2 successful enterprise ERP implementation projects- Kronos experience preferred- Deep understanding of Kronos Timekeeping System- Kronos Workforce experience preferred- Comprehensive knowledge of UKG Pro- Dimensional experience- Proven knowledge of Oracle - Ability to thoroughly document requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes - This position demonstrates ERP configuration through the development of proof of concepts Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
