Specialized Recruiting Group Northland & Downtown KC is currently seeking to fill several Excel Specialist positions near North KC. Desirable candidates are able to work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times, and are highly organized and hard working. This role works internally with other staff and management to complete production goals on a daily and weekly basis. Must be able to support several projects and tasks at once.Basic Job Duties & Responsibilities:- PC knowledge of computer systems, ERP systems, database, spreadsheet, and word processing
- Manages log for all orders needing spare parts completion
- Uses SAP report to complete excel spare parts template
- Prices the spare parts to include all buyout and manufactured items
- Coordinate and communicate with departmental personnel to gain needed information
- Create CRM activity for ASR upon completion
- Compile and generate spreadsheets capturing key data related to company's active contracts
- Create pivot tables and modify spreadsheets to achieve analytical goals
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Material handling, process, industry, or similar experience preferred
