In this role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for drafting correspondence, anticipating and understanding the Partners’ needs, and following through on all items needing attention.  An Executive Assistant with strong initiative and a positive attitude will make a large impact on this Client Service Team and Moneta as a whole.Essential ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritize Partners' professional and personal calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.Prepare Partners and Advisors for meetings with clients and prospects, ensuring all necessary materials and schedules are in place.Handle all professional communications for Partners, including emails and voicemails, ensuring timely responses and maintaining confidentiality.Track and manage continuing education (CE) credits and license renewals for Partners.Coordinate and execute client communications, including bulk mailings, marketing materials, and website content updates.Facilitate travel logistics for Partners, booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.Maintain organization and follow-up on team matters, anticipating decisions and coordinating both work and personal commitments.Assist with the creation and distribution of educational and promotional materials to enhance client and prospect engagement.Handle personal errands and responsibilities for Partners as needed, ensuring a seamless integration of professional and personal schedules.Uphold the firm’s values and mission in all tasks, emphasizing the importance of each role’s evolving requirements and outcomes.
