Responsibilities:
-Manage the daily calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager
-Prepare documents such as quotes, contracts, and purchase orders for fleet and commercial sales
-Track inventory, deliveries, and open deals to ensure timely communication with clients
-Maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM system
-Serve as the main point of contact for internal departments and external fleet clients
-Assist with monthly reporting, sales tracking, and performance updates
-Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on tasks and deadlines
-Support marketing efforts and planning for fleet events or client appreciation initiatives
