We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to support leadership recruitment across multiple regions. I'm looking for someone who has experience presenting candidate profiles for Executive Leadership positions. Someone who is comfortable working closely with Corporate Executives and Hospital Leadership teams. Someone who can develop recruiting strategies that ensure Executive positions are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner. To be successful in this position you will need skills in sourcing, salary negotiation, interviewing and networking. A solid understanding of Healthcare is definitely a plus. Bachelor’s Degree or at least 6 years of relevant experience required.

PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree preferred.

Four years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experience preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.

Experience developing and negotiating job offers.

Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.

Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.

Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills.
