Job Title: Asset TechnicianJob DescriptionPerform HVAC and plumbing repairs and replacements, including compressor repairs and furnace installations. Conduct general maintenance and repairs in various areas of residential construction, such as plumbing/sewer, electrical, drywall, paint, carpentry, masonry, roofing, and excavation. Complete tasks efficiently and according to industry standards and company guidelines. Assist with project management activities such as job scoping, estimating, and material procurement.Hard Skills

Cover an average of 200 miles per day.
