Field Training SupervisorKirkwood, MO Title: Field Training SupervisorReports To: Field Development Manager (FDM)Job Purpose: To provide training, career development, and support to the Production Team.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Perform onboarding for new field associates
Conduct training for field associates in remodeling skills, focusing on high efficiency and excellent quality in both group and individual settings
Provide hands-on training at our training facility, on job sites, and in Mosby-owned houses
Support the FDM with identifying, developing, and performing training programs for all field associates to generate higher productivity and safety
Work with the production team to ensure training is performed and effective
Communicate with production management, trainers, and field associates to ensure that all training needs are met
Provide leadership and support to all field associates
Assist PMs in staffing their jobs with high-caliber and appropriate talent specific to the job
Support other training efforts as requested
Minimum Requirements:
10 years of remodeling experience
Exceptional communication, motivational, and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task
Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to useor learnMicrosoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiently.
Advanced carpentry skills & ability to accurately read & interpret blueprints and scopes of work
Have your own transportation, valid class E driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to transport yourself and materials between job sites
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, work with your hands, climb ladders, and move 75 lbs. independently for extended periods of time
