FireBoard Labs - Electronics Assembler

FireBoard Labs, a Kansas City–based technology company, is looking for an Electronics Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone with prior electronics assembly or light manufacturing experience who wants to expand their skills and contribute to building high-quality connected devices.

We design and manufacture all of our products in-house, ensuring that every unit leaving our facility meets our high standards for performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Assemble and test electronic components and circuit boards

Perform wiring and inspection with attention to detail

Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and quality procedures

Support other production areas as needed, including packaging and labeling

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or related work

Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and documentation

Comfortable using small hand tools, soldering equipment, or test fixtures

Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

Enthusiasm for technology and learning new skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $20 per hour
