Flight Software Engineer - REMOTEJob DescriptionCreate maintainable software supporting training and simulation product lines, including rendering, shading, lighting, load balancing, weather effects, animation, multi-threading, anti-aliasing, dynamic paging, display interfaces, and more. Develop and extend our next generation products. The team is agile, test-driven, and multi-disciplinary. The position incorporates all facets of software development from communication, requirements assessment, research, design, development, testing, integration, peer review, documentation, maintenance, and end user support.Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software for training and simulation product lines.

Implement features such as rendering, shading, lighting, load balancing, weather effects, animation, multi-threading, anti-aliasing, dynamic paging, and display interfaces.

Extend and enhance next generation products.

Engage in all facets of software development including communication, requirements assessment, research, design, development, testing, integration, peer review, documentation, maintenance, and end user support.

Top Skills - All below can be from projects/internships if entry level.

Proficiency in C or C#

Experience with Unreal

Understanding of object-oriented programming

Knowledge of mathematical capability (matrix algebra, projective geometry, vector math)

Knowledge of data structures
