Compensation: Based on experience

Upstart, customer-focused Foundation Repair company seeking a Production Manager.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

Bilingual with strong written and verbal communication skills for communication with the office team as well as field crews and customers

Strong skills for utilizing mobile devices for communication via pictures, text messages and phone calls to document the work being done and communicate with the office team

Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate the company truck and trailer on a daily basis

Must have extensive experience with deploying the most commonly used techniques for foundation repair in the area including but not limited to interior and exterior waterproofing, wall repairs via installation of piers, Deadman anchors, and Beams; epoxy crack repairs, wall pushbacks and installation of egress windows

Must have extensive experience with concrete flatwork

Must have a good understanding of decision points behind which fixes to deploy for specific foundation repair needs

Landscaping/hardscaping experience would be good to have but not required

Must have experience with leading crews and supervising the crews that work under them including planning the job execution based on the job details as sold by the sales team

Be willing and able to do the hard work of foundation repair including but not limited to lifting over 80 lbs., hand digging, repetitive shoveling, pushing of wheelbarrow, using jack hammers and other equipment

Must be a servant leader who works with the crew members and leads them daily, develops their crew members to achieve the necessary goals, supports the crews in all that they do and takes ownership of the crews in all aspects

Must be adept at interacting with customers on every aspect of the job being done, particularly in dealing with conflicts and unexpected and unpleasant situations

Must have a high level of attention to detail to deliver every job with the highest quality of service, production quality and integrity with no callbacks

This is a salaried, exempt position that requires a high level of independence, judgment, strong communications and leadership skills and attention to detail. Plentiful opportunity to grow as this is a 1-year old company with lots of growth ahead! This position will report directly to the Vice President & Chief Operating Officer.

Workers meet at the company shop in the morning and ride in the company truck to the job with a typical start time of 7am.
