The General Manager will develop, direct, and oversee overall operations and sales. This facility's operational focus includes wastewater treatment, used oil recycling, solidification, and product destruction.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation and Cultural Transformation of One or Multiple Industrial Wastewater treatment facilities

The treatment facility includes the following:
  • CWT facility with treatment equipment
  • Fleet – Leased or owned fleet that transports Industrial Wastewater to and from the facility
  • Facility, Fleet and Management Team members
  • Ensure that the facility meets all Environmental Regulatory Compliance

Other interactions:
  • Closely work with Sales team to grow a profitable business
  • Understand the site P&L and work with Accounting to ensure all aspects of the Income Statement are managed
  • Achieve Facility and Fleet Functional Excellence
  • Build Safety, Quality & Efficiency into Processing, Fleet and Business Processes, including ISO Certification
  • Support the Facility by leading Facility & Fleet Operations
  • Lead Supply Chain (Materials) to improve delivery and cost & quality of purchased goods
  • Lead development of capacity flexibility so that the facility can adapt to a processing streams that come into the facility
  • Lead all change initiatives for Facility and Fleet including implementing Valicor Management Systems
  • Ensure a safe and healthy facility and fleet environment
  • Meet or Exceed all KPIs
  • Support Business Case Development for projects estimate capital, expense, and human resource requirements
  • Ensure that the plant meets all Environment, Health, Safety and Security Standards
  • Facilities Management

  • Ability to be hands-on or strategic depending on the business situation
  • Daily Management Systems (Metrics based Daily Visual Management)

  • The ability to apply lean & six-sima principles in different industries

Requirements

Educational / Certification Requirement
  • BS in Any Engineering Required
  • Industrial/Manufacturing or Chemical Engineering are preferred fields of study
  • Minimum 7- 10 years of Management Experience
  • Industrial Wastewater experience
  • Managing a team of Skilled Managers, Fleet and Shop team members
  • Budget and Forecast management
