Groundskeeper

Residential property has an opening for a full time groundskeeper. Duties include policing grounds and pick up any debris found and other duties as assigned. Snow removal is mandatory.

Qualified candidates must have a valid Driver's License (no exceptions) and pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Must have the ability to show up on days scheduled and on time.

Hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday. Weekends off. Paid sick, vacation and holidays.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour. After 60 day probation will increase to $18.00 hourly.
