Groundskeeper

Residential property has an opening for a full time groundskeeper. Duties include policing grounds and pick up any debris found and other duties as assigned. Snow removal is mandatory.

Qualified candidates must have a valid Driver's License (no exceptions) and pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Working knowledge of lawn mowers, weed eaters and hedge trimmers and physically able to do manual labor. Must have the ability to show up on days scheduled and on time.

Hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday. Weekends off. Paid sick, vacation and holidays.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour. After 60 day probation will increase to $18.00 hourly.
