Help Desk Analyst I

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I, based in Maryland Heights, Missouri. The selected individual will be a crucial part of our team, providing valuable troubleshooting services for laptops in various dentist offices. This role is primarily on-site and requires strong skills in Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and various types of Troubleshooting. Responsibilities Troubleshoot issues related to laptops in various dentist offices Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and access controls Handle Apple devices and ensure their smooth operation within the network Perform basic network troubleshooting to maintain connectivity across devices Use Configuration Management tools to maintain system configurations and settings Operate a ticketing system to track issues and ensure timely resolution Conduct hardware troubleshooting to diagnose and rectify any hardware-related issues Engage in basic troubleshooting to quickly resolve common technical issues Perform network troubleshooting to diagnose and fix network-related problems. Requirements Proficiency in Active Directory Experience with Apple Devices Knowledge of Computer Hardware Proficiency in Configuration Management Familiarity with Ticketing Systems Basic Network Troubleshooting skills Basic Troubleshooting skills Proficiency in Hardware Troubleshooting Network Troubleshooting skills.
