Help Wanted: Home Remodeling Helper

We're currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Home Remodeling Helper to assist in a variety of tasks. Whether you're a seasoned professional or eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with drywall installation and repair

- Perform interior and exterior painting tasks

- Help with deck building and repair (experience preferred)

- Engage in fence work when necessary

- Install and repair windows

- Address wood rot issues

- Contribute to flooring projects

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in remodeling or related tasks is beneficial but not essential

- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

- Own reliable transportation to travel to job sites

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

- Starting pay of $17/hour

- Opportunity for a pay increase after 90 days based on performance

- This is a 1099 independent contractor position
