100% Remote Agile Coach Period: 05/30/2022 to 05/29/2025 Work Location: Saint Louis,Missouri,USA Project Name: Continuous Improvement - Agiel Testing, Release Managment and Operations Overview: Our team is responsible for the continuous improvement of the lean agile operating model and delivery teams to optimize Strategic Platform Team's effectiveness of executing on agile principles with a focus on Testing, DevOps and Release Management. The team develops and tracks process performance measures, identifies and implements process requirements, drives process improvements and adoption of Best Practices. Responsibilities

  • Identify and understand process improvement opportunities to design and implement better
  • ways on how we work
  • Champion change in a complex environment to consistently improve quality, speed,
  • productivity, maturity, and cost
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to define unified processes, tools and metrics
  • Maintains and applies a broad and current industry perspective on technology
  • trends/opportunities, and leading practices
  • Design and document best in class practices, processes, and procedures
  • Drive adoption of agile practices across entire delivery organization to speed delivery of value to
  • customers, business & stakeholders.
  • Leverage agile metrics to identify gap trends, persistent pain point, adoption barriers and
  • roadblocks and customize adoption to ensure successful execution
  • A proven track record of leading quality engineering functions and having delivered and deployed software products with high quality
    • Experience in managing improvement and transformations, tool changes, and Agile methodology
    • Experience Process Improvements in quality engineering, tool changes, and agile transformation
  • Experience in current technologies/practices including SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, micro-services, APIs,DevOps/CI/CD
  • Experience in adoption/use of an agile methodology and the transition from or co-existence with traditional SDLC methods and tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrable passion to be a change champion.
    • Proven excellence at formulating, understanding, and solving complex, non-routine problems.
    • Outstanding organization and presentation skills.
